Our cold-chain care process
Practices we use when planning jobs with customers — details are confirmed per job.

1. Confirm requirements
Confirm product, target temperature, pickup/drop points, timing and special needs (e.g. temperature records) before price and truck are confirmed.
2. Pre-cool the truck
Arrange for the cargo box to be pre-cooled to the agreed temperature before loading, as specified for each job.
3. Pre-load check
Check the box condition and refrigeration unit, and ask the shipper to verify product temperature before loading.
4. Temperature confirmation
Temperature and job status are communicated in the way agreed for each job. Logging/tracking capability depends on the assigned truck and is stated before confirmation.
5. Contingency
If something goes wrong, we coordinate a replacement vehicle through our partner network, subject to availability at the time, and inform you promptly.
