Frequently asked questions
Which temperature ranges do you support?
Chilled 0–8°C, Frozen -18°C or below (depending on the cargo and job), and ambient general cargo.
Can you deliver to other provinces?
Yes. We operate in Bangkok & metro, Chiang Mai, Lamphun, Phuket and Hat Yai, and can arrange delivery nationwide. Truck availability is confirmed per route.
Per-trip or contract?
Both per-trip and regular/annual work. You can start with a single trial trip.
Are the trucks yours or partners'?
We mainly work through a partner truck network, which gives flexibility in truck numbers and types. The assigned truck details are stated in your quotation.
Need temperature records, cargo insurance or an SLA?
Every truck has GPS and a temperature logger, and carries cargo insurance with coverage from THB 1,000,000. If you need temperature reports or a job-specific SLA, note it in the form and we will confirm details before accepting the job.
How is pricing calculated?
